Right now we are selling almost worldwide. There may be some countries where we won’t be able to ship. If so, we will contact you and refund your money back. For orders with shipping to the Canary Islands, please contact us at [email protected]. Also for any questions or additional information you need. A refund will be issued provided that the customer has received and has the Travel Sax in their possession, meaning they have previously paid the customs fees associated with the shipment.

How to apply a coupon code?

If you are going to use a coupon, please make sure that it has been correctly applied before placing your order. If your coupon is used on a free item/product, you must add it to your cart and then apply the promo code to get your free promotion. Once the order has been confirmed, there is no possibility of refunding the coupon not applied. Coupons are not cumulative in case you have more than one of them.

UK Purchases: Please be advised that once you place an order, it is not allowed to change its delivery country. To proceed with a change, you must cancel the original order and arrange a new one with the desired delivery country.

UPS Info: Due to the emergency situation in Israel, declared on 8 October 2023, UPS delivery service is limited and pickup service was suspended. For the most up-to-date information on the status of shipments, customers can track a parcel on ups.com. UPS pickup and delivery services in the southern Israel are suspended. Service delays may occur in other areas in the country. Emergency (C5) exception code will be keyed for delayed packages. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that service can resume as soon as conditions permit.
