14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our instruments. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind — for any reason. No questions, no hoops to jump through. Just contact us and we'll arrange the return.

This guarantee applies worldwide. For EU customers it also implements the statutory right of withdrawal under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (and the corresponding EU Consumer Rights Directive); for customers outside the EU, it's our voluntary promise on top of whatever your local consumer law already guarantees.

Returns

All returns must go through us. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.

Who pays for the return shipping?

• If it's a defective product, we cover it — end-to-end.
• If it's a 14-day money-back return, it will depend on the destination, so return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. We'll tell you the exact figure before you commit to the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned instrument and confirm it's in resaleable condition, we'll process your refund within 14 days, to the same payment method you used originally. Bank processing may add a few extra days before the funds appear in your account.
