Shipping Delivery
These are our estimated delivery times, based on their destination:

These are estimates, not guarantees! Actual times depend on the carrier, the destination, and customs processing where applicable. If something delays your order for reasons within our control, we'll contact you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.
If the carrier can't reach you, we'll attempt redelivery or arrange delivery to a third party you nominate. If, after 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the parcel still hasn't reached you for reasons attributable to the customer (including, but not limited to, incorrect address details or failure to collect), we will treat the order as cancelled.
In this event, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, minus the following costs which will be borne by the customer:
- Original shipping expenses.
- Return freight charges.
- A fixed administrative penalty fee for non-delivery.
International Orders & Customs
If you're ordering from outside the European Union, please keep in mind:
- Customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees are set by your country's customs authority and paid by you, not us. Our checkout prices don't include them.
- These charges are typically collected by the carrier on delivery, or invoiced separately once the parcel clears customs.
- If you refuse delivery to avoid paying customs, the parcel will most likely be returned to us, at which point the impossibility-of-delivery rules above apply, and the return freight may be charged to you.
- Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries because of local import restrictions.
